Sankt Bendts Kirke, Ringsted
Sankt Bendts Church was built way back in 1170 by King Valdemar I, as a burial sanctuary for his recently canonized, murdered father, Knud Lavard.  The church was a burial place for the royal family for 150 years.  This one was actually open, and I was able to go inside.  It was not spectacular, like some I wanted to see, but nonetheless, worth going into.
