This is the area above the dam, and next to Finlayson. I think this area would be great to live in. It seemed to me that the buildings were not being utilized very much. I think that the buildings on the left would make for good clubs and restaurants at water level, and nice lofts above. As well, the places on the far bank would make for nice living as well.
