Middle of the Island, Easter Island
Most of the trip I was driving on bumpy dirt roads, so this stretch from Playa Anakena to Hanga Roa was even more pleasant than the scenery alone implies, because for a little while driving was easy.  This was my first trip through the center, as I came around the island to this point, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the trees up ahead, and a nicely wet road with a good sheen on it.
