This was
taken shortly after crossing the eastern coast of Greenland, and was taken with
my Canon ZR60 digital video camera, which was new to me at this time. It
was shot out of the airplane window and I extracted two frames from the video
stream, getting the right and left images from different points in the video as
the airplane moved over the landscape. The shadows are long because it is
February, deep in Greenland's winter. The peaks and ridges stand up nicely
in this photo.
