Tuzigoot National Monument, Arizona
This complex was built up between 1125 and 1400.  You are basically at the summit here, and the tallest part in this photo is the highest point of the complex.  But, there is a lot more to it than this.  The original pueblo was only two stories high in places, but it had 77 ground-floor rooms.  In the end, it's population was around 200.
