Grand Mesa- Land's End
This is the western end of the Grand Mesa. The valley below rises again in the distance to the plateaus from which the Colorado National Monument formed. The twisty road in the picture takes you (dangerously) all the way down to the valley floor. Of course, a dangerous road in Colorado simply beckons one to drive it- as did we, both down and back up.
