Bora Bora, Pirogue Tour
We are now back on the boat. In an amazing change of weather, what was deep overcast and even a rainstorm during lunch, turned into a partly sunny day within 15-20 minutes. Finally we were getting a break in the weather. The water is really this color, of course it varies with the depth and angle of the sun, but you see so many blue-turquoise hues here. It's quite beautiful. The central peak of Bora Bora is actually quite oblong, and takes on many different shapes as you go around the island. We are directly east of it right now.
