Lyttleton, New Zealand

Just east of Christchurch on the coast is the pleasant town of Lyttleton. We drove over a pass to get here. A few days earlier Allen & Janice & I hiked up the pass in a cold, blustery wind that practically knocked us over. It was worth it for the views. Gail was still recovering from her cold, so she opted for the gondola. Either way, you get a good view of Lyttleton and the coastline.
