Leaping back in time, the next few photos are from my 1999 trip.  They were a victim of poor photo processing, so the quality of some of these isn't very good color-wise.  You can clearly see the bluish haze, though, which is not an artifact of the poor processing.  Here is a view from Govetts Leap, near the town of Blackheath.
