As if you should need convincing to go there, 5-10 minutes after the last, eastward-looking panorama, we went over a low pass, and we saw this one, looking to the west. We didn't drive along as much of Lake Wanaka- we were heading north and into Mt. Aspiring National Park. The landscape kept changing nature, and you were never,
