Queenstown, New Zealand
The next morning, we took the gondola up a mountain adjacent to Queenstown for the awesome view. Lake Wakatipu stretches before you in all directions. Queenstown is a sportsman's paradise, year round. They have all kinds of outdoor activities, from skiing (all kinds) to boating to bungee jumping- you name it, if it's done outdoor, it's done here. Summer or winter, it's an all-season place to visit. We were hear in late fall (early June), and aside from being just slightly nippy, it was pleasant to be here.
