Calgary, Alberta
If the day were clearer, you could see Banff National Park in the distant- we are looking WNW.  The tallest building here is Bankers Hall East (there is a near-twin behind it, to the west).  From what I found on the web, it seems that the six-story front at the base of the building on the right was the 1913-built Canadian Life Assurance Building.  It was preserved when the 52-story Bankers Hall was added to the back of it, later followed by its 52-story western near-twin.  The building in the front is the PanCanadian Plaza.
