Stanley Park, Vancouver, British Columbia
Stanley Park is quite a park to visit- the second largest city park after New York's Central Park.  It occupies a peninsula that juts off the peninsula that downtown Vancouver sits on.  The water is the Burrard Inlet off the Strait of Georgia.  I think the sculpture is supposed to be some sort of tilted totem pole- those being popular in this region.  The bridge in the distance is the Lions Gate Bridge.
