Gap (I think), France
My memory is fading me a bit on this one. I took a number of side trips to France whilst living in Germany in 1992-1993. This particular trip I was traveling north from Cannes through the Grand Canyon du Verdon to Sisteron (where I spent the night), and onward the next day through Grenoble and back to Germany through Switzerland. I believe this is Gap, just a short distance north of Sisteron. If anyone knows otherwise (i.e., someone from there), please correct me.
