Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Luxembourg is a really nice city.  It has this gorge running right down through the middle of it.  It is a city of banks, too, as it tries to be another Switzerland.  This gorge is a very nice park that I found out the hard way that you don't drive through, even though you can take you car into it.  I didn't see any signs forbidding cars, but some lady chewed me out royally for doing so.  She started in German (the plates on my car), and then switched to fluent English when I indicated I didn't understand her.  I explained that there were no signs and that I didn't know you couldn't drive here.  "It doesn't matter.  You should have known."  That was most likely not the exact quote- but you get the idea.  Everyone's a policeman...
