Paris from the Eiffel Tower
This view from the top platform on the Eiffel
Tower looks eastward over the city. For some odd reason, one western style
tall building was built in the middle of the more typical, classic French
style buildings (me thinks somebody paid somebody off to get that building
permit). The rest of the modern buildings are in a second downtown
on the west side of Paris.
