Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel
This arch is in front of the Louvre.  As such, if you look closely, you can see both the obelisk on the Place de la Concorde, and the Arc de Triomphe in the far distance.  It was built for Napoleon in 1806, and was the gateway to the Tuileries Palace.  It is a copy of the triumphal arch Septimius Severus in Rome.
