Fisherman's Bastion, Budapest, Hungary
The Halászbástya, or Fisherman's Bastion sits just behind Matthias Church. From here you have great views of the Danube river, both day and night (as the river is lit up quite nicely). This structure was built in the early 20th century more for fun than anything else.
