Nyhavn Kanal
Nyhavn Kanal is a pleasant, if touristy, area of Copenhagen.  It is about 3 blocks long, and one side (the left) is completely developed- nearly every single place is a restaurant or pub.  The right side is the opposite, it is nearly undeveloped- at least in a tourist sense.  The canal ends in the distance here and dumps out to the Inderhavnen, which is a waterway that takes you out to the sea.
