This is looking east, and the dominant church is Nikolaj Kirke, a defunct church that now houses a museum and a restaurant.  Unfortunately, it's tower is not open to the public, so this viewpoint on the Rundetårn (Round Tower), which is an old observatory, is the best you will get.
