Dominican Monastery, Tallinn, Estonia
This Dominican Monastery is a little hard to find- it is fronted by a restaurant.  I recommend visiting it, as the old church has Estonia's largest collection of stone carvings, a museum, and a dark, dark cellar.  It started in 1246  The adjacent church is St. Catharine's.
