Tammerkoski
This is a pooled region behind one of the dams on the river.  It's looking towards the Finlayson complex, which was industrial, and seems to have been renovated and primed for some new uses.  If you look to the left, you can see that the water stops in midair, or so it appears.  It is actually walled in, and you can walk down below the water level (hope it never floods, for the sake of the tenants of that building behind it).
