Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin
Christ Church Cathedral is another Protestant church, strangely enough.  It struggled for years for dominance over St. Patrick's.  The original church here was wood and was built in 1038.  In 1172 is was rebuilt in stone.  It sits on a peat bog, and the unstable foundation led to the collapse of the south wall (opposite this one) in 1562.  The church was restored in the late 1800's.
