Belo Horizonte, Brazil
Taken from a ridge overlooking the city, this shows the third largest city in Brazil, Belo Horizonte- the capital of Minas Gerias.  It has well over 2 million people, and is very clean and much safer than either Rio or São Paulo.  It is surrounded by mountains, and is about a one hour flight north of São Paulo.  A local person, named Gustavo, was kind enough to show me around the city and give me a tour.
