São Paulo, Brazil
Not too far from the heart of old São Paulo is the city cathedral.  Unfortunately the park next to this church was filled with many, many homeless people.  Kind of ironic in that a basic tenet of Christianity is to care for those worse off than you.  In any event, it did not feel too safe, so we did not stick around too long.  Brazil has more than it's fair share of problems, and it is going to take a while and a succession of non-corrupt governments to dig itself squarely into the first world.  I recommend you help by visiting there as often as possible!  It's a great country, nonetheless.

The clouds moved a bit much in this photo- I should have reversed my usual take-the-left-photo-first method to compensate for the direction the clouds were moving.  Moving in the wrong direction, it makes them appear to hop into the foreground.
