Fort Fincastle, Nassau, Bahamas 
The overhead view really shows off the less-than-strategic shape.  The view is from the city's water tower, built in 1928.  It is 65m (216 feet) above sea level.  It is the highest point on New Providence, the island on which Nassau is located.
