Ahu Ko Te Riku seems to be the only moai with eyes.  I've seen photos of the moai at Ahu Naunau with eyes, but they were not present when I visited, and I have read that they are installed for ceremonial occasions only- even today.  This sits on the Tahai site.  The eyes definitely add some character.
