
1) Other tourists (hopefully not you) go "Yeehaw" as the zip across and enjoy rush after rush of adrenaline. Think about this for a moment- you scare off the animals that I assume you came to see.
2) You are traveling pretty fast, and unless you are an expert at this, you are likely focusing on the tree you are rushing towards. Didn't you come up here to see the canopy? You are not likely to see much using this method.
With all that said, take the Sky Walk. You can go at your own pace, it's cheaper, and you can dawdle all you want in the canopy and check out the flora. Alas, there is a zip-line tour very nearby, and you still will likely not see too many animals as a result. At least you can see hundreds of bromeliad and orchid plant species. We could hear the zippers screaming nearby, unfortunately, from time to time.
This was the first bridge we came to in the canopy walk. It was the
shortest of the bridges.
