Basilica de Roble, Monterrey, Mexico
There are a lot of churches here, and we've just gotten started.  This is the gorgeous Basilica de Roble, a huge, cavernous church.  It was the biggest of the six that I saw, and the pulpit area was just beautiful.  A funny thing happened while I was taking these pictures:  Although I did not see a sign, apparently a few people prefer that you do not take them.  A man walked up while I was taking some shots, and pointed me straightaway to the confessional, which was currently open for business.  I politely declined, not being trained in the particulars of Catholicism, not to mention my poor Spanish when it comes to specifics.
