Vesta
The asteroid Vesta was imaged 78 times by the Hubble Space Telescope as it revolved.  By taking the data and extrapolating surface features based on changes in brightness as a feature moved from the terminator to the limb, NASA was able to generate this rotating 3D model of the asteroid.
