Limberg
Home of the famous cheese, you wouldn't know it by your nose.  Without the feared olfactory distraction, the town is quite a pleasant place to visit.  This 13th century Romanesque cathedral is brightly painted and adorned with seven towers.  Take some time to hike around- the cathedral sits on a hill, but the best views are from down below.
