Kitt Peak National Observatory, Arizona
The WIYN telescope is obviously a little different looking.  From what I can tell, it is a 3.5m normal telescope with more ventilation (the panels in the "dome" open up), which equalizes the temperature inside and outside for a more stable image.  WIYN stands for Wisconsin Indiana Yale & NOAO (National Optical Astronomy Observatory).
