Lombard Street, San Francisco, California
Don't forget to stop and smell the hydrangea on the way down.  OK, so they don't have a smell, but the street is well-manicured, and the obviously acidic soil (hydrangea's are blue in acidic soil) is favorable to all sorts of cool-weather flowers.
