Bottoms up! This is the view looking back up Lombard Street. You can see several cars (not exactly in 3D) wending their way down. It's a steep hill, and walking in San Francisco in general is a good way to get your exercise. For that matter, San Francisco is considered a runner's paradise- I've done a few medium-length runs there, and it's one of the best places for it.
