Adjacent to the Pearl Harbor museum is the USS Bowfin, a World War II submarine commissioned in 1943 and decommissioned in 1971. It is a National Historic Landmark. It is separate from the Arizona Memorial, and cost additional money to see. As we had a lot to do that day, we elected not to go inside, but if you have the time, I would highly recommend it, as I have been inside other submarines before, and they are well worth the time.
