Sunbeam Hot Springs, Salmon River, Idaho
Continuing on from Galena Pass, we went through the small town of Steward and on to Route 75, which snakes along the Salmon River.  This trip was very slow going at times, though it was quite beautiful.  There was a lot of construction and altogether, it took 2-3 hours longer to get to our destination that night (way up in Glacier NP, Montana).

Maybe 10 miles from Steward, we came upon Sunbeam Hot Springs, one of many in the state and frequented by health-seeking bathers a long time ago.  This restored bathhouse had hot water piped to it for people to bathe in at one point in time.  The plumbing is still visible in the river.
