Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, Indianapolis, Indiana
I have a good friend from Indiana, and around 1995, got a chance to see a little of Indianapolis.  Not having any preconceived notions, I was pleasantly impressed with the city- it's clean, at least what I saw, and it has some nice old and some nice new buildings.  This "square," the limit of what I took on this trip, is called Monument Circle.  The monument itself is called the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument.  Since I was on a 1000-mile driving trip, and traffic was not light, I limited my shots this time around.  But I'll be back.  There's a few nice churches I'd like to get shots of.
