Further south on the road, near White Sulphur Springs, fires were raging on the plains. Here, the sun is streaming through breaks in the storm-threatening clouds and illuminating a cloud of smoke. This is a really good 3D with depth in the clouds, the front fence row, and the illumination in the distance. Though rain might have been good, many times these threatening skies bring nothing more than lightning and wind, igniting yet more fires and causing more damage.
