Central Park, New York City
This view is towards the southeast.  The park is walled in by tall buildings.  It's a perfectly rectangular park, 1/2 mile wide by 2 1/2 miles long (800m x 4km).  The buildings in this picture are nearly 2 miles away.  To be in a park that size in such a densely packed city is amazing.  The tall spire behind the buildings in the center is the Empire State Building.
