Parsippany, New Jersey
Not too far from New York City is Parsippany, New Jersey. In all honesty, I didn't know there were nice parts to this state, despite the name "The Garden State." Still, it was quite pretty just west of Newark. I got lucky traveling for work and visited here while the fall colors were strong.
