LaVeque Tower, Columbus, Ohio
The LaVeque Tower is the oldest skyscraper in Columbus.  It is classic in style, and something that is missing from most US cities- anything that is old.  Columbus has kept it up well, from what I can tell, to their credit.  They celebrate it from time-to-time as well, keeping it relevant.  The white plane in the foreground is the frozen Scioto River.  Strange that when I tried to find information on the building, there were almost no references on the Web to it.  If anyone has some info, I'd be pleased to hear it.  Mail me.  The ugly, square building in the background is the State Office Building, and was built in the 70's and is basically 40 stories of concrete with no style.
