This building was massively updated in the late 1980's.  The skin of the building was replaced, and the towers were added on top with bright white diamond-shaped lights on top that shine very brightly.  It has a pyramidal entrance at the street level that smacks of I. M. Pei.  I caught the sun reflecting in this one.
