Capitol Reef National Park, Utah
In the south central part of the state is Capitol Reef National Park.  It's not as widely visited as Utah's many other parts, but it is quite beautiful, especially after traveling through some desolate country to get there.  One of the amazing things about this park are the orchards planted by the Mormons who settled the area in the 1880's.  The settlement was called Fruita, and they planted apple, pear, peach, cherry, apricot, mulberry, and plum trees.  The fruit is free for picking, but pick only what you can eat.  Most of the year you are not allowed to take it with you.

This photo was recently added to the gallery.  The original photo was not the best quality I was unable to get a good scan of it to show detail in the dark areas on the left and keep a good sky.  But with the wonders of Photoshop and a plug-in that brings out details in dark areas, I was able to restore this photo.
